I have only worked with Jami for a short time, but I have to keep checking the calendar because it feels like she has already uncovered and rewired so much within me and my former, very limiting beliefs. Work I would have taken months, if not a year or more, to get through on my own, and that’s only IF I would have even know where to look within myself (I wouldn’t have). The work we do together touches all spectrums of urgency: some of it requires patience and attentiveness, while simultaneously she holds me accountable to commitments and goals that are moving faster than I ever thought possible. This alone is teaching me more and more about my capacity to hold space for aspects of life that require different paces at the same time as each other. 

I honestly wasn’t sure what to expect out of the coaching before I started, but what I have received far exceeds anything I could have imagined. She is always prepared to fill whatever gap (between my current reality and where I want to be) I present each session, whether that’s a thought-provoking question(s) that challenges me to uncover parts of myself I have yet to see or didn’t know connected to my current reality, a perfectly timed book recommendation, or her own knowledge and wisdom on breaking through the various glass ceilings I didn’t know I had built over myself. And she does it with such poise and grace! 

I am so happy that I signed on with Jami. It feels like my future, career, and purpose are exponentially closer to my grasp than I previously believed they were. She has also helped me expand my vision past what I thought I could achieve and break it down into steps that are stretching, but also very achievable. I feel more enlightened, empowered, and productive than I ever have. The further we get into the coaching, the more I am absolutely sure that I am going to achieve some very big things with her as my mentor. 12/10 recommend.
